What does a healing session with Tiffany look like?

A healing session may consist of a combination of finding the root cause to whatever the ailment is, releasing any negative energy or thought patterns, healing meditations, and coaching. Prior to each session I discuss with the client what exactly the desired goal is. After energy is released and balanced I will guide the client on a healing meditation or I spend time with the client teaching them the necessary tools to help them change any unhealthy thought patterns. It is when we retrain our subconscious mind to more healthier thoughts that lasting healing is found.

What does a remote healing session look like?

In a remote healing session, we do all the same things as in a in person healing session. A remote session can be done over the phone or over zoom. If you have a busy schedule and are short on time we can a quick call at the beginning of the session, and then we hang up. I spend 30-45 min finding and clearing the root cause. Then we jump back on the phone for 15-30 min to end the session. I discuss all the things that were found, I do a guided healing meditation and a little coaching to help you move forward.

What can I expect to experience after a session?

Each client processes the releases differently. Many people have noticed feeling more peaceful, happy, energized, or an overall sense of “lightness”. Others have felt nothing at all, and other people notice they have to use the bathroom frequently. Literally the physical body “dumping” the negative energy. A few people find themselves tired, and take it easy the rest of the day.

When can I expect to see results from the work we do?

This all depends on how deeply rooted the issue is, how willing you are to put in the work to help change these beliefs, and how long you have been dealing with a specific symptom. For example, if you have been battling lower back pain for the last 10 years then those beliefs that have caused this pain have been firmly rooted in your subconscious for way longer than 10 years. Therefore, naturally it would take more than just a few sessions to clear out all those negative belief systems.

I have seen some clients show great progress after a few sessions while others it took much longer for them to see progress on a specific issue. The body is like an onion, only willing to release so much at once. It is hard to gauge in advance how many sessions are needed for a specific issue. Also, if you come from a very traumatic background, there is usually more clearing needed to bring balance back to your system.

How frequent do I need sessions?

Regular sessions can be as close together as once or even twice a week, or as far apart as once every two weeks to once a month. It all depends on what kind of hurdle you are trying to overcome and how willing you are to make a transformation. If you are trying to overcome a major illness, or trying hard to reach a goal that you have been blocked on for quite sometime I would recommend the 10 total transformation package with weekly sessions.

Irregular sessions are great for an overall healthy individual that is just looking for a periodic tune up. Are you feeling a little blue? Not quite yourself? Do you notice a sudden lack of energy? Day to day life can throw us some real hard challenges. Overtime these challenges can wear on our energies and throw us out of balance. A quick tune up is all that is needed to make sure your energy is balanced, healthy and continues to keep you humming on a good vibration. These sessions are done as needed, the same as tuning your car. They can be done once a month or once a quarter.

Can you do energy healing for pets?

Yes. Energy is energy, it is found within all things. Both people and pets have a unique energy signature. Disease happens when our unique energy signature gets disrupted and unbalanced. These negative disruptions can be found in our pets as well as people. Clearing them works the same way as a person as for animals.
