Fall
It all begins with an idea.
Today marks the first day of Fall, September 22. When I look outside there is nothing that tells me its fall other than the date on the calendar. The weather is still hot, the trees are still green. Yet I know that fall is coming. I'm looking forward to the cooler temperatures. I'm looking forward to the beauty of the colored leaves and the joy children have at playing in old leaves on the ground.
Hot chocolate. Hot apple cider. Football. Friends. Soup. Cozy evenings snuggled in the house. Walks in the cool chill air. Kids laughing and running down the street. All these things remind me of fall. I love fall. What a great time of year. Mother nature herself has taught us the importance of shedding what is old and dead to make room for new growth. Springtime buds wouldn't take place without the loss of fall leaves.
As I prepare to move into fall this year, I like to take stock of my life. What is in my energy, my house, or my life that I need to let go of? What is unhealthy, diseased or dying that I need to say goodbye to? Am I holding on to feelings of anger, fear or regret? Do I have unhealthy thought patterns that I need to let go? What in my life needs to be moved out to make room for the life I truly want to create?
This week I challenge you to find some quiet time and do a simple meditation. Ask yourself what do you need to let go of? Take a few moments to sit in that silence and notice what comes to the front of your mind. If you are not good at meditating, try journaling instead. As you sit in silence let your subconscious bring up small thoughts and ideas. Things that it is time to release. Imagine yourself an Oak tree preparing to let go of its leaves. As things come to your mind that need to be released allow both the leaf and that thought to be released. Watch the leaf fall to the ground, taking the thought or emotion with it. Send these things to the ground, away from you with love and gratitude. There is a special feeling of peace that comes when you release old hurts with love and gratitude. Let those feelings of love and gratitude slowly fill you up as you let go of any unwanted emotions, traumas, energy and thoughts.
As you enjoy the sights and sounds of fall, remember that fall is a time for letting go. It is a time that even mother nature uses for releasing and healing. Allow yourself the same sense of peace this fall.
We all need a friend
Friends are for everyone, they help lift and move you forward!
What is one thing successful people have in common? Mentors, coaches, accountability partners, spouses or just plain FRIENDS. Having a friend is something important that everyone needs.
Humans are an interesting species. We are a funny lot. We are a social species. We need people. We thrive when we know that we are loved and supported by others. We need friends. Successful people even take it one step further. They get themselves coaches, mentors, and accountability partners. For example look at a Olympic level athlete, or any professional athlete. A professional athlete is not doing it alone. They are surrounded by coaches, trainers, teammates, and other like minded athletes. They surround themselves with people that share the same goal as them and will lift them up to help them achieve the desired goal. When an Olympic gymnast wins the gold medal, it is the individual that one. But the athlete knows that they would have never got to that podium without the support from trainers, coaches, family, friends and fellow athletes.
It is the same with any successful person in any career or walk of life. When an actor receives an Oscar, pay attention to the people they thank. The unsung heroes that got them there. When a writer publishes a book, there is always a recognition to whom credit and thanks are given. "To my publisher, my spouse, my family, my editor, I couldn't have done this without you." When a businessman creates a new business they are not doing it alone. They are counting on support and encouragement from mentors, spouses, families, to get them where they are trying to go.
Support and help from others isn't only for successful people. It is for everyone, in every walk of life. Once again, we are all human. The human species is a social animal we are designed to be at our strongest when we are supported by others. I want you to take a look at your life right now. What is your grandest goal? What are you trying so hard to achieve? Is it a raise at work? Is it a a healthier lifestyle? Is it to have more patience with your children? Whatever your goal is, are you being supported to achieve it? Have you asked for support?
Support can come in many ways and forms. It can come in the form of a friend, a spouse or a loved one. It can be a parent, a sibling, a cousin. For a medical issue it could be a doctor, a therapist, or a holistic healer. Who is your support? Do you have a support?
My daughter recently had a dislocated kneecap. To heal the injury she needs support. She saw a doctor, and now she is working with the physical therapist. Sure the injury can heal without support from others. But it will not heal strong unless she gets help from someone. We are so grateful for the Physical Therapist that has had the training and experience to give her the very precise support she needs for her knee. The therapist has the knowledge of all the specific exercises that can strengthen her knee and bring it back to full health.
When I think about the intricacies of the human experience I am filled with awe and gratitude for all the unique talents of so many individuals. It is when we bring our talents together that we are able to support and help one another. We need each other. We need other people. If you aren't leaning on someone for support, then reach out and find a friend. Not only do we need to be supported, we also need to support others. Look around your circle of influence, family, friends, community. Who can you help today? Who can you lend your support to so they can accomplish their goals and dreams?
The human experience is powerful. It is full of ups and downs. There are healthy people out there who are able to offer you support and love on your grandest journey. Make sure you have eyes to see them and when you notice those that are your support be sure to thank them for helping you on your personal path to greatness.
Welcome! Hello! You are invited!
Hello! Welcome to my blog! What is energy work? How can it help you? Are you ready for miracles? Do you have anxiety, depression, fatigue, chronic illness? Find out how energy work can help with these symptoms and many more. True healing comes from within. Find out how health and healing can be yours.
Hello! If you have arrived here at this blog, then I'm assuming you have already found my website and know that my name is Tiffany Ipsen. I am an intuitive holistic healer. I have been learning and working with energy and in the healing arts for the past 13 years. Now in May of 2025 I am finally taking the plunge and opening up my business as a holistic healer. What do I do? I move the energy that is stuck or blocked within each individual. Sometimes the energy is stagnant and old, causing a blockage for healthy cells and vitality moving thru the body. Sometimes the energy is toxic, acting as a poison to the bodies system. This trapped stuck energy can be anywhere in the body and it can take on countless forms. It can represent old trauma, heartaches, repressed emotions or it can simply be last weeks bad day.
Sometimes a person is aware of this trapped energy, but most often we go about life not realizing how much energy is really stuck. We may feel low, sad, or stressed, but not know exactly why. We may have disease, illness, chronic pain or fatigue and can't find a way to get rid of it. I always say when you have exhausted the doctor and you are still unhealthy and no one can explain why then it is time to see an energy worker. It is very often the trapped energy within your system that is manifesting in your body as illness. Fatigue, pain, headaches, depression, anxiety and so much more. These are all symptoms of a toxic energy system that needs to be cleansed and cleared.
If you've been poking around my website you may have already seen this information. So why the blog? Many, many, many years ago, I was much younger and still in high school. At that young adventurous age of 16 I thought I would be a writer. For four years I kept up a column for my school newspaper. Once I graduated I had visions of becoming a journalist. Off to college I went, and after my first semester I soon realized, journalism was not for me. I ended up graduating in Recreation Management Youth Leadership. Why? Because I love having fun! I love the outdoors! I love being with people and the youth of today have a special place in my heart. So I put down my pens, and other than a journal, I haven't really written since. And boy that was A LONG TIME AGO!
Fast forward to today. I am a fan of goals. I like doing hard things. There is amazing growth in a person when they dream big and work hard towards a goal. Writing a blog has been a goal of mine for the past 4 years. Today is the day I got the courage up to start the blog. Why start a blog? Because life is good. Miracles are abundant. Faith is real. Change can be transformative and lasting. Finally, people need a little more hope. You, me, and so many more need to be reminded of all the good there is. We need to have hope for a brighter future, hope for a happier tomorrow. Hope for healing. Hope, love, peace and joy. It is my goal to share that with whoever chances by this space of mine.
If you are starting the journey with me today, May 26 then welcome! I look forward to sharing this journey with you. If you have come later and are reading back on this post, I hope you have found my other posts to bring a little spark of joy in your day.
